If you require medical attention but it is NOT an emergency you should contact 111




When to contact 111


If you feel you may need to attend A/E or another NHS care provider

The Surgery is closed and healthcare advice is needed

Or you are unsure whom to contact for medical assistance



When to contact 999


Heavy severe bleeding

Loss of consciousness

Severe chest pain

Severe breathlessness

Major accident or trauma



Please note both 111 and 999 are manned 365 days a year and 24 hours a day and are free of charge.
